At PlantDoc, we stand behind the quality of our patented, paper-based soil moisture indicators. If you’re not satisfied with your PlantDoc purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Important Information About PlantDoc

PlantDoc is made from paper and naturally changes with use. Browning and wear are normal, and mold can occur in consistently damp environments. Simply replace as needed.

These changes are normal with use and do not necessarily mean your PlantDoc is no longer working. As long as PlantDoc continues to change color when wet and return to white as the soil dries, it is working as intended.

Refunds & Replacements

If you believe your PlantDoc is defective or not working as intended, please contact us at hello@plantdoc.co with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

We’ll review your request and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
