At PlantDoc, we stand behind the quality of our patent-pending, biodegradable, and uniquely designed plant-watering tool. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return or refund, please contact our support team at hello@plantdoc.co with proof of purchase from an authorized retailer and a brief description of the issue. If your request is eligible, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method.

Important Information About the Product:

• PlantDoc is the only 100% biodegradable moisture meter on the market—free of plastic and designed for minimal environmental impact. As part of this eco-conscious design, PlantDoc will naturally biodegrade over time. With proper use and care, and following the directions provided, we guarantee readability for at least one month, with typical product lifespan ranging from 3 to 6 months.

• During use, PlantDoc may change in appearance, including browning or discoloration due to soil tannins. These cosmetic changes are safe for your plant and do not affect the tool’s performance or moisture-reading accuracy.

• Refunds may not be granted if the product shows signs of misuse, improper care, or if the reported issue is consistent with expected changes described in our product guidelines.
