At PlantDoc, we’re committed to delivering a high-quality, biodegradable plant care tool designed to support your plant’s health over time. Because of the nature of our product (pun intended), our return and refund policy is structured to reflect both performance expectations and proper use.

Eligibility Window

Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

How to Request

To initiate a request, contact us at support@plantdoc.co with:

  • Proof of purchase from an authorized retailer
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)


Refund Eligibility


1. Unused Products (Full Refund)


We offer a full refund for items that are:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Not inserted into soil


Once a product has been placed in soil, it is considered used.


2. Defective or Damaged Products (Replacement or Refund)


If your PlantDoc arrives damaged or does not function as intended:

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund
  • Additional information or photos may be requested


3. Used Products / Satisfaction Concerns


Because PlantDoc is a biodegradable product designed to change over time:

  • We do not offer full refunds for products that have been used and performed as expected
  • If you’re unsatisfied, we may offer:
    • A replacement, or
    • Store credit, at our discretion

 

Product Expectations


By purchasing PlantDoc, you acknowledge:

  • The product will biodegrade over time
  • Typical lifespan ranges from 1–6 months depending on plant type and watering frequency
  • Browning, discoloration, or texture changes are normal and do not affect performance

These characteristics are not considered defects.


Non-Refundable Situations


Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Products that show normal wear consistent with use
  • Issues caused by improper use or failure to follow instructions
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped

  • We cannot grantee your request will be seen in time, but we will do our best.
  • Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled
  • In this case, the order will fall under our Returns & Refund Policy
